The Shelburne Curling Club was established at our current location in 1962, but records show that curling was being played in Shelburne as early as the 1870's. Our Club has an outstanding combination of competitive and fun curling, as well as numerous social events for our members and guests. We are always welcoming new curlers to our club. Chef/Owner Robin Whaley, has enjoyed nearly 15 years in the food service industry. After managing busy kitchens in the heart of Toronto, she continued her training in the United Kingdom. These culinary adventures included the Head Chef position at a 600 year old Gastro Pub, and Chef De Partie positions at award winning restaurants in Bangor, Northern Ireland. Upon returning home, she decided to create a new challenge for herself. A great part of my cooking experience has been working with some very reputable caterers in the G.T.A.
