Linda Zinowki is the Centre's Administrative Assistant. Her role at the centre includes being the first point of contact for visitors and messages, maintaining the databases and resources of Second Story and providing administrative support to the Coordinators. Her background is in health care, operating a community-based small business and many volunteer experiences. She is enjoying the opportunity to make every visitor to the Centre feel welcome and special, while supporting the good work of Second Story Women's Centre.

Peasant's Pantry has been making a variety of specialty meats and charcuterie, including fresh and smoked sausages, house-smoked ham, bacon and pâtés, since 2011. We use high quality, locally raised meat and practice nose-to-tail butchery without fillers. We are excited to be in our new shop & deli at 4491 Highway 12, New Ross! Open as of Canada Day weekend 2014, in addition to our specialty meats, we now offer butcher cuts of pork and beef, free-range chicken, local cheeses, and a menu for eat-in or take-out with emphasis on local and house-made products. We make our own meats, hamburger buns, white & whole wheat bread, mayonnaise, sauces & spreads, pickles, salads & dressings, soups, fries, and desserts from scratch. Everything but the Heinz ketchup, Dijon mustard, local cheese & specialty breads!

Hughes Trucking, Hughes Diesel Repair and Colin Hughes Forestry, are separate entities and work together to support / provide quality service for our customers. The forestry section contracts for larger companies and private woodlot owners to harvest wood that the trucks can haul to the various mills and there are always repairs to the equipment used to complete the cycle. Our small gas engine shop is able to secure dealerships with Stihl and Honda. Kimpex has provided our small gas engine shop a wide range of ATV, UTV and snowmobile parts for our customers. Hughes Trucking also offers deliveries of dry, cut and split firewood to the surrounding area. The company's involvement in the Christmas tree industry has increased from 4-5 loads, in the early years, to over 100 loads today.

We offer professional services for all your long and short haul trucking needs. We also have a fully staffed diesel parts and repair shop. Our forestry division works to effectively manage and deliver renewable forest products for processing. Our christmas tree exporting business will provide you with order and delivery options that are second to none. We are a growing business in a small community.
