This clinic was absolutely amazing. I had originally come to this clinic for my back pain, which i had gotten after a car accident. The staff was very kind and welcoming. As well as the physiotherapist she not only helped reduce the pain but explained to me what had caused my injuries.

By changing the bad habit you decrease or eliminate the cause. Rebalancing the body is then achieved with massage treatments combined with stretching and strengthening exercises. Exercises are performed and instructed during a session and given as self-help homework. Through all this, you will become more aware of your own body and how it is functioning. With the exercises learned/demonstrated by John, you can help your body daily. Eventually, you will only require regular maintenance massage tune-ups and added homework if needed.
