Dr. Defalque and his staff are professional, caring and wonderful. He takes good care of our pet Coco which has severe skin allergies. He listens to your concerns patiently, discusses various treatment options and helps you decide on the most optimal course of treatment. I've got my hearing aid set from this store about one and half year ago ( Aug. 2014) . Very through. Best thing about it is, their help after sales. I've requested change setting many times and they did as I please. Nowadays hearing aid is so sophisticated and need time to adjust to my brain ( yes my brain). He lay down how I will get use to it and it happened as he said. Fully recommend it.
