Mr. Stephen Bernard is a Registered Psychologist in the provinces of Newfoundland & Labrador as well as Alberta. He obtained his Bachelor's degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2006, and obtained a Master's of Arts, Counseling Psychology from Yorkville University of Fredricton in 2008. In 2008, Mr. Bernard joined the Canniff & Associates' team in Alberta, where he began his practice in the field of psychology.
