Excellent service. First iced them @4years ago. I knew nothing about them. Without even asking for my credit card, they offered me a loaner car as repair would take several days.
On my return to them on Wednesday of this week, with a big scratch on my brand new Venue, excellent service. They sympathized with my self caused scratch and offered to drive home. The repair was done as scheduled and once again, they picked me up. It’s definitely a family business. They always made me feel safe.

Was utterly impressed with my recent experience bringing my vehicle into Takaki Automotive for an e-test. Scheduling (and multiple rescheduling) of my appointment was dealt with effortlessly and with a smile by Hiroshi, the owner's son. I was made to feel like I had not inconvenienced anyone and that they would simply re-gig things to accommodate my changing schedule.
My actual appointment was a pleasant experience. I had the opportunity to sit in Takaki's welcoming wait room (where coffee, an aquarium, tv and decorations await) while enjoying my conversation with the friendly receptionist and other staff who would occasionaly venture by. Takaki's team is one big family - happy, respectful and very helpful with all my questions.
I am told Mr. Takaki sr himself is a caring man of many diverse talents. On this visit, the gentleman was busy outside, wielding a huge metal pick to chip ice from the walkway. I hope for the opportunity of chatting with him too, during my next visit.
The fee charged for today's visit was very reasonable; the information provided afterwards was helpful and there was no attempt to "upsell" or solicit additional work. I would highly recommend. this business.

This place was able to help me when no other mechanic was able to (6 different shops and 1 dealership). My issue was with locking lug nuts where the key was damaged. Every other mechanic told me that their bolt extractors wouldn't work on my rims because there wasn't enough space to latch onto the bolts. They said they'd have to drill into the bolt, and possibly damage my rims in the process (either cosmetically or to the point where they'd have to be replaced). The dealership told me the person

Best service I've got in a long time.Honest and fair. Because he was behind a little with another car my pick up time got moved ahead by 2 hours. He apologized and offered to bring my car to me. I told him that was not necessary but appreciated the offer. I know he felt bad about it. Will not think twice about going to him again.Will also recommend his garage to everyone I know. These guys are every good,fair and honest as good as my friend suggest. I brought in my 2009 Toyota Camry , knowing there was some work that needed to be done. They did it for $450 lower then the original quote that i got elsewhere . I was informed throughout the process and given best case and worst case scenarios and they were very honest in all of their dealings with me.
