i called the 24/7 customer service because my heater was not working and the whole unit is freezing they send a guy in my unit and that guy look like a chinise he said he fix the furnace but when i woke up in the morning the whole unit was freezing again that guy didnt fix the furnace properly i called again to request maintenance and they send a guy name Rico and thanks to him he was able to fix our furnace properly . thanks Rico Read more
