I went to this Salon about a month ago, expecting an "acceptable" to "good" haircut as this was my experience in the past. (I had another salon in mind for that day; they were busy, could not fit me in, and I wanted my hair cut that day!! Shirley gave me a "wow" cut, the best cut I had in years!
