MakesMeSmile began out of a desire to make happy, healthy food. Simple. Our LuvBites are made with locally sourced, raw, organic ingredients whenever possible. They provide you with a satiety level that will give you energy for pre and post workouts and between meal snacks to stave off that hunger without giving you that sugar high. Graduate of David Wolfe Raw Nutrition and Matthew Kenney Culinary, Denise Friesen created MakesMeSmile in 2013. We provide nutritious snacks, entrees & desserts, catering primarily to vegan and vegetarian diets. In addition, we have provided our delicious meals to yoga retreats in cottage country.
