All the rooms are spacious, have a private bathroom and call bell system for service. Our staff is trained to provide you with compassionate care at all times. The management consists of health care professionals with many years of experience in meeting the needs of seniors. They include physicians and nursing care personnel who will be at your service.

To help keep our customers and colleagues safe, we have implemented physical distancing guidelines in our branches. We are limiting the number of customers in the branch and your wait time may be longer than normal. Our first hour of operation is dedicated to serve seniors and other vulnerable populations with urgent in-person banking needs. In Quebec, we are serving these customers during regular branch hours with enhanced support for physical distancing. We ask that you only visit the branch for matters that require in-person assistance.
