Had an emergency situation and needed quick cash, had a gold bracelet and a chain to sell. Visited 6 pawn stores before coming in here. I even pretended that I didn't know anything about the items to see what kind of deal I would get and I sold it right on the spot after I got my offer that was way better than I got at the other shops on the street. I strongly recommend giving them a call. My water heater failed and they installed a new one for me, the next day, and $200 cheaper than the competition! Very friendly and professional. They certainly went above and beyond for me at no extra charge.
