Exceptionally honest and skilled mechanic, best in the area by far. I had the pleasure of having Mark and his team work on our cars several times. Each time he found the best solution, resolved the issue for good, was very honest about what must be done and what is optional and priced the repairs very fairly. I really lucked out when I found my new Focus hatchback. I was out car shopping when I went to Northway because, why not? My friend and I were helped by Ashley who gave me amazing customer service. I never once felt pressured by her or any of the other reps. She was very helpful in finding the right car for me and allowed me to feel relaxed when making this big purchase decision.
