I placed an online order and of course ordered the incorrect size of primer. When the owner came to the door with the 1 L can and said you didn’t want this one did you? I felt deflated as I thought he was going to make me purchase that one, he simply said ‘no problem I’ll fix it right now,’ he went inside and came out with the proper one. He charged me the difference and I was on my way. I can tell you I have product sitting in my warehouse that I am not able to return to other big box stores.

This business has been the most positive experience working with any contractors. I needed new windows in the entire house. I had a couple of larger companies come out and quotes were unreasonably expensive for a small town house. I was referred to A&W by a friend who had used them. The same person that came out to do the quote was the same person who installed all of the windows. To me that means everything. Someone who had been in the business for YEARS and still took pride in his work.

We have been using Dedicated Windows for about 4 years now and we are extremely satisfied with the professionalism of their staff. We live in a high rise with aluminum windows, difficult to remove, but Chad does a beautiful job of removing windows and screens and cleaning them until they shine.
