Keil at the Enterprise location in Kelowna gave incredible customer service. Although he was in the paint section he totally up sold us in the plant section with his knowledge and love of plants. I brought a hard drive into London Drugs computer department for troubleshooting. Justin provided outstanding service. He spent a lot of time troubleshooting the drive to try to make it operational for me. In the process, he gave me a tutorial on Windows updates, computer drivers, and general computer components and operation. His explanations were clear and concise, and I left feeling more confident about managing my laptop. Ask for him if you need the tech department at London Drugs!
