Dr. Harvey has taken great care of first my parents pets, them after moving back to Canada many years ago my babies. When on a Sunday afternoon a german shephard grabbed my little maltise and shook him to within an inch of his life, Dr Harvey did not hesitate to rush down from his home up towards mountian somewhere to give emergency care to ToTo. These pharmacists are incredibly professional and helpful. They called my doctor to get permission for new compound formula so I didn’t have to wait a week for a component of the compound and they sent it to Dyck’s Pharmacy so I could get it filled that day. Really happy with their incredible knowledge and going the extra mile. I’ll be going there from now on as a result. I highly recommend.

I do not normally write reviews.However we had Gord and his crew install a new Reem furnace & A/C unit in our home about 8 months ago. (Works perfectly!!) I had to write our comment on quality of the product, & services received by GPH Mechanical.Gord was quick to respond to our request for a quote on the new furnace and A/C.The quote was reasonable, & the timeline was perfect. Much more personal experience than a big box drug store. They ask questions, take time with you, and make sure they are checking for any drug interactions. Plus, this is the only Penticton pharmacy that has ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, and they even do compounding.

I've been installing Tekmar controls for years in and around the West. Their tech support has been great and they've managed to solve more than one issue that I've run into over the years. I like what they've done and where they're going with some of their new boiler and zone controls. Can get pricey but often worth the extra pennies.

I was looking for a specific tree I couldn't find anywhere in the okanagan. BMN offered to look for the tree when picking up an order in the lower mainland. Upon their return from their trip, they called me with the good news and agreed to hold the tree for me for a week without payment until I could make it in to pick it up. Great people.
