Rob Lavalley is excellent. Extremely good at assessing and diagnosing. Spends the time and truly cares about you. I am a nurse myself and spent 4 months recovering from a leg fracture/surgery. There were so many days when I thought I was doing poorly/was discouraged and was given motivation and encouragement to continue. Have seen for elbow, back, knee, and lower leg/ankle. I bought a used bow I now nothing about shooting a bow went into the store told them straight up I now nothing they checked out the bow measured me set up the bow for me and gave me lessons on shooting it I cannot say a bad thing about these people I left there with some knowledge I’d have to say it’s the best I have been treated in a hunting store 100% recommend this place

So my friend Dave says, I'm taking you to have the World's Best Beef Dip. I say " what?" here in Grande Prairie? He says YA.
So we go last night and order the Beef Dip at the Crown & Anchor Pub. I get a plate with half a french loaf, TEAMING with shaved beef and a large bowl of au jus. Fries... Gravy. Heaven.
I had done a half hour run before dinner so was very hungry to say the least. This totally knocked my socks off.
If you are in Grande Prairie and haven't tried it. Go for it!
