A Saturday afternoon, with frigid below 0C temps and high winds buffeting us when I see a leak in the exposed sewage line. Called Drain Pro, who sent us a plumber as soon as he could get here. Alex rooted out the line (massive root and frozen blockage!) within an hour and got all running smoothly. Whew!
And to top it all off, Alex was extremely friendly and tireless. Especially considering the far from comfortable conditions. Left us feeling safe and relieved! Drain Pro definitely will continue

We had our young child in for jaw x rays and she was very nervous and upset and the tech was being very patient, but out of nowhere Dr Melo appeared (we did not have an appointment with him) and was so lovely with our kiddo, engaging her in conversation and set up the machine with a fake skull to show her how it worked. He was able to assuage her fears and the tech was able to get some good images. I was really struck at how patient and thoughtful he was. Will definitely go back if needed.

I have used Nathanuel on a few occasions as he has worked on My boat and now my RV. It is rare and refreshing to find someone who shows up when he says he will and does excellent work. I also appreciate how he is very meticulous and has a great attention to detail. He not only does things right but actually better and explains things so you are clear of the work he is performing. Excellent and very fair. I called several other -Rooter- companies and received questionable practices. one of them quoted me 3 times what I paid to Royal Rooter. I am sure they just expected me to pay it since they were already there. The other one wanted my credit card up front. Royal charged me 1 hour minimum and then by the hour after that. Drew was courteous and knowledgable and fixed it in the first hour. Royal should always be at the top of your list of companies to call. Thanks.
