Dan is an excellent Business man working hard to make a living and at the same time doing something productive in his life you may see posts about Dan judging his business in a bad review however that is that persons opinion I always have had good things to say about Dan and his business don't Judge a book by it's cover. Took my parents computer to the Upper Wentworth location in Hamilton and the technician - Andrew was extremely helpful and downloaded a new internet browser which solved the problem on the computer. Andrew was very helpful, understanding and very efficient at fixing the problem. My parents are grateful that he fixed their computer at the same time I walked into the store and for no charge. I will definitely recommend this store to everyone. Thank you Andrew!
