Steph the OM is amazing and does everything she can to make sure our visits are hassle free, she always goes above and beyond, she treats us like family. I stayed at this hotel for months on end after our house was damaged in a fire. The staff at this location were great, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. They made us feel like we were right at home and had no problem with letting our dog and cat stay as well.
