Christi was born and raised in Lethbridge, Alberta. She moved to Ontario where she went to the D'Arcy Lane Institute of Massage Therapy in London and has recently moved back west to enjoy the beautiful Kootenays. Serena believes massage can be an effective therapy for those who are willing to help themselves heal. So, in addition to providing therapeutic massage, Serena incorporates stretching, strengthening and self care as part of an individualized home care plan for each of her patients.
