Dr. Russell moved back to White Rock, British Columbia in 1995 after spending 2 years in Kelowna, BC. He opened up the Semiahmoo Wellness Center with several health practitioners to offer an integrative approach to health care to the community. Dr. Russell uses a sound, rational, whole body approach in his diagnosis and evaluation of his patients.
