FitSTA Fitness offers Personal Training for that individual attention, to obtain your goals. We also offer Bootcamp classes that are an hour long and include a warm-up, HIIT circuits, Abs and stretching! These short high intensity circuits are done to a timer so you work at your own pace within the allotted time with the exercise variation that is best for you. Workouts are for the entire body and incorporate weighted and body weight exercises to increase strength and improve your definition while working muscular endurance. There are many different class times available each week, register for the class times that suit you best. We also offer Yoga, our YogaFit (R) is a vinyasa style of yoga that links body movement and poses together with breath by flowing from one pose to the next.
