This is my third and last attempt to use YP to submit a review and YP itself deserves a 1. As for Vail's contrary to previous reviews by others, my recent experience was very positive. Parking lot and inside of premises were well maintained, counter service both when cleaning was dropped off and picked up was prompt, courteous, and efficient. As well my dry-cleaning was ready when promised. I rate 4.5 - one small negative is that they don't take credit cards.
