Simon was recommended to me by my brother who has used Simon numerous times before for a wide variety of work. I don't know a lot about cars and was hoping I wouldn't end up doing work that didn't need to be done. You have to remember when going here that this is a wine tasting room, not a place to have dinner. The wine list is imaginative and approachable. The service on a good night is excellent, on a bad night is so-so, but the staff have always been very helpful with the wine choices, pairings, and flight recommendations. The food is charcuterie, not full meals. Use this place to meet up for a pre-dinner drink, or to end off the night with some wine appreciation.
