Recently picked up wall stones and patio stones, I was blown away with the service. Alex in the office was very helpful; he calculated all of my material and gave great design suggestions. Everything so far had been spot on! I now have a great looking patio and garden. I would highly recommend Toemar if you are a home owner or do it your-selfer. Finding a landscaping design and construction company that is dedicated to excellence, and who pride themselves in designing and building landscapes that stand the test of time is certainly challenging. It was for us, but one simple drive-by a previous project completed by Landworks and we were sold. The quality of their workmanship and their attention to the smallest detail is unlike any landscaping work we have ever seen, ranking them second to none.
As a result, the company books up quickly. We booked in the summer of 2012 for a start date of spring 2013. During that time, the owner of the company, Danny, met with us several times to go over, in detail, timelines, goals, budgets, custom landscape designs, the construction process, and maintenance of the project. With Danny's creativity, artistic ability, and extensive knowledge of landscaping materials and products, we came up with a unique landscape design that not only fit our budget, but also utilized the existing elements of our property, including limited frontage space, trees, and ravine lot.
The courtesy and professionalism displayed by not only Danny, but also his crew was very impressive, to say the least. In addition, neighbours raved about their hard-work ethic, top-notch service, and job-site cleanliness. Danny has a very pleasant personality which makes working with him enjoyable. On Jan 31st, a burst water pipe was the result of the bitter cold that visited Hamilton. I watched the water pour down and around a kitchen window, onto the counter and floor. I turned the main off and called Plumbwize. Stu arrived within an hour. He quickly and efficiently replaced a section of copper pipe and repaired another dripping pipe, near the first. Took me a long time to find someone to help me with the plumbing products, specifically the inside parts for the toilet that keeps coming out and they gave me the wrong size but the good is that it was easy to exchange and when they saw me a bit upset, the chief plumber came and matched the parts I needed with a big smile even though I acted out...I felt like I need to say a good word about them :)
