We have used Oromocto Plumbing twice in the past several weeks. One job was an emergency and the other was an upgrade. In both cases Jason was the plumber and did exceptional jobs. Quiet, professional and cleaned up in both cases. The first time they responded within two hours to the emergency allowing us to continue with a planned trip the next day. I hired Dwanye and his crew for a simple job. The work was excellent, so much so that, I have hired him for several more jobs. He has renovated my basement, bathroom, my office and lunchroom. Price was fair, staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They are very accommodating. I have them scheduled for more renos on my office and my home again as soon as they are free. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Sportcare has been servicing the Capital area skaters for their sharpening needs since they opened their original shop in the King's Arrow Arena in Oromocto in 1970. In 1983 Sportcare opened their Fredericton shop at 224 Queen Street located 2 doors up from MacTavish Source for Sports. Although working out of a small shop, a lot of work comes through their doors. The main business may be sharpening skates, but other services include, blade replacement, contouring, all types of skate repairs, racquet stinging, golf club regripping and shafting, sporting goods repair, and hockey stick repair. We are now sharpening knives, scissors and lawn mower blades. The Grant/Harvey Center opened in 2012.
