has been amazing. The last couple times I have been in the store, I have been helped by Joseph. He has gone over and above of what I'm sure he's expected to do, in order to satisfy the customer. I've so greatful for his helpful information, and for the time he puts into getting the customer exactly what they need. I'll 100% be back for anything else i may need in the future. I discovered Thor F/X through a discount special, and I'm so glad I did. Their tech came right on time, thoroughly cleaned the PC and then checked drives and software to keep things running quickly and smoothly. He downloaded a couple of malware programs for me and made sure I knew how to use them. He was respectful, used layman's language and was very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend Thor F/X to any of my friends and family, and I'll certainly call them if I run into any problems.
