I have been a customer here for approx 5 years. The staff takes the time to know the customers and learn about what they like. When i walk into House of Russell, I feel like family. They remember what hair style I like and know how to treat me. All of the hair dressers are experienced but keep very up to date on modern hair styles. I would recommend House of Russell to anyone who wants the service and attention of a high class salon without the high price. We had Don of Hudson Bay Charters haul our boat from storage near Chemainus down to the dock in Ladysmith. It was very tight due to another vehicle parked in the way but he skillfully and patiently maneuvered his truck until he was able to get it safely out of there. We really appreciate his ability and friendly manner. We will hire him again anytime!!
