I cannot express our gratitude for the help, guidance and kindness we were shown by the office administrator today as she helped us navigate the complexities of the recently introduced CDCP programme. We had had a negative experience at another practice in Burlington so we contacted the Dental and Denture Office on a recommendation from a friend who is a patient at the practice and is extremely satisfied with their professionalism, skill and thoroughness of their dentistry. I finally reached Leon's about an issue I had with getting through to their store and from the reviews I have read I am not the only one. I explained to an amazing young lady what was happening and she assured me she would let the manager know. She then proceeded to help me with the reason I wanted to call in the first place to my absolute satisfaction. She was extremely kind, courteous and very professional. Her name is Gurleen.
