Our Community Bikes in Vancouver is Canada’s oldest non-profit community bike shop, since 1993, offering accessible work stands to the public for bike repair education and tool rental. We are also a full service bike shop, in addition to being a DIY education facility. We offer a wide selection of repairs and tune-up packages. We do free in-shop assessments and discuss with our clients their needs, to balance a repair and financial abilities. Barefoot Contessa first opened it's doors on Main St in the Spring of 1999 – selling primarily collectible vintage goods and lovely handmade items. Owner and Vancouver Actor, Eva de Viveiros, quickly expanded the offerings with unique hand screened tops, dyed slips and pretty floral dresses and skirts, that she would sew herself.
