Joe had repaired an appliance for us last year so when our washing machine stopped working mid-cycle today (drained but could not rinse/spin) we called Joe right away! He came in a few hours after finishing the repair job he was on at the time. He had a preliminary diagnosis based on our description over the phone, and once opening our machine he verified that his initial diagnosis was correct. He went to work right away to fix it and the job was complete in 30min -- must be a world record!
