While we were waiting for Telus to open we spotted a young lady in The Tbooth Her name was Madhu Tiwari. After chatting with her for a couple of minutes we knew that's where we'd be buying our phones. We are booth 70 and struggle with some of the technology. Madhu patiently answered our questions and got our new phones up and running. She followed up with a text thanking us for our business and offered help with issues, which we have taken advantage of.
