The first Candy Shoppe was opened in the spring of 1999 in the little strip mall just north of Webers Hamburgers ( and beside Tim Hortons) on hwy 11 just north of the town of Orillia, Ontario, Canada. It was a very small, narrow store space with no storage areas, so within the first 5 years, we got very tight and crowded and decided to lease an empty building almost directly across from the first store and on the southbound Hwy 11 lanes.
The Irvine House is one of Orangevilles original Victorian style homes, built in 1885 by Robert Irvine, a local painter and one of our founding fathers. The house is furnished with numerous antiques for both your comfort and enjoyment. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed and is an ideal retreat for couples or business clients. The dining room can also be used for small meetings and conferences.
Our specialty is handmade chocolates and truffles using only the finest ingredients.
We are a Southern Style Smoked BBQ restaurant serving you deliciously Smoked Ribs, Brisket, Pulled Pork, Wings and more. Enjoy lunch/dinner with family or live music with friends!
Come savor a savory creation at The Tipsy Toad Pub And Grill. They are open nightly all week. You can get there by car. The neighboring location is notable for its stores. You may pay by c.o.d, direct debit, MasterCard and Visa.
