When my relatively new (3 years old) Sears snowblower died, and Sears refused to help me, I asked Pat's if they could take a look at it. After finding the problem, Don explained exactly what they found wrong, what work was needed to repair the engine, and what the repair would cost me. It was well worth having it repaired. Caleb at the store was very knowledgeable,patience and took the time to resolve my issues, when other customer service reps at that store gave me incorrect info and had sent me home I had to return back and then Caleb assisted me with my issues. There should be more people hired like him who are willing to do their job and not just dismiss customers.
