Tara Miller graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, in 2007. In her quest to achieve balance and wellness in her life, she discovered Massage Therapy, and realized her passion and desire to help others attain the same in their own lives. Tara's skill combined with her natural intuition, help her to build an individualized treatment plan to suit her client's needs. Tara's approach to treatment often involves correcting postural imbalances by releasing myofascial restrictions, and repairing and realigning involved muscles and surrounding connective tissue. Tara strongly encourages her client's to take an active role in their path to health and wellness. Treatment will always include appropriate suggestions for home care, including strengthening and stretching techniques. Tara believes, that in order to maintain optimal health, we must attain not only physical, but also mental, emotional, spiritual, social, occupational and intellectual wellness.
