Hello there!
My name is Elisa and I'm here to help you get back to your best, most active self.
If you're having difficulty due to pain in your feet or legs, come see me and I will help you with that!
I'm a Certified Pedorthist trained to help you with any problems related to your lower limb biomechanics - and there are lots of them! Examples are shin splints, plantar fasciitis, knee pain, bunion pain, tingling/burning under the ball of your foot, hip pain, low back pain, and more.
An initial consultation is 45 minutes, during which time I will do a weight bearing and non-weight bearing biomechanical assessment as well as a gait analysis to determine how I can help you.
If I see issues with your mechanics that are causing your pain, we will talk about proper shoes to wear and possibly orthotics (if necessary) to get you back to the best position to alleviate your discomfort.
Book an appointment to see me today and let's get you back to your active self!
