I have been a customer here for approx 5 years. The staff takes the time to know the customers and learn about what they like. When i walk into House of Russell, I feel like family. They remember what hair style I like and know how to treat me. All of the hair dressers are experienced but keep very up to date on modern hair styles. I would recommend House of Russell to anyone who wants the service and attention of a high class salon without the high price. We are dealing with a vehicle right off accident with Icbc not our fault and Harry at Hertz was very helpful understanding compassionate and real to deal with. We dealt with the one Icbc recommended to bill directly on the corner of bay and government and they never kept their promises. The manager was terrible to deal with and the staff appeared robotic. They were awful. I recommend Hertz.

I had Steve come by today to deal with a broken lightbulb (that was more complicated than it sounds). He’s such an upbeat guy, and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing so I can do it myself next time. And unbelievably, not only did he fix it in under 10 minutes, he did it free of charge! Only in Sooke. He also shared with me resources for other trades should I need them. His communication was prompt and respectful, even on the weekend. I’ll be recommending Happy Valley to everyone.
