In July 2026 I was obligated to call for an emergency plumber because my condo committee thought that a big water leak started in my condo. After viewing the water in the garage beneath my condo, Sam said it was impossible that the source of the leak was my condo. Sam was right and I was reimbursed by the committee! Mark came today and did an amazing job finding the source of water dripping under the kitchen sink. He also fixed the pipe in the bathroom sink so efficiently.
