I had a full knee replacement surgery at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital on May 07/19. I waited almost two years for my surgeon Dr V Rajgopal and it was worth it. I’ve had the most pleasant experience... if it can be described as that .... from Dr Rajgopal’s office staff Stef who is always so pleasant and helpful ...the intake and operating room medical team were so attentive and helpful. Caring, patient, and very educated staff! They are with you every step of the way, and explain things to you very clearly before asking you to make a decision. Recently received a new upper and lower denture. Jim was professional in every aspect of obtaining my new dentures. I was quite surprised how good the fit was with the upper. The lower has presented challenges but Jim never tired of my phone calls and visits. Highly recommend him.
