My first visit to this dental clinic, from the moment I walked in I was treated like a long time friend. The front desk staff called me by name, introduced themselves, talked with me regarding the changes made due to the Covid restrictions and new processes I would be unfamiliar with. My hygienist took time to explain what she would be doing as she did it. Each staff member that entered the room, announced and introduced themselves. I am so happy we found Dr.Chiang and his staff, they make my children and I feel so welcomed and comfortable. My children now love to go to the dentist to see Dr.Chiang. I like how Dr.Chiang understand my children are not going to be perfect robots and sit in the dental chair without asking 100 questions. He is patient and kind to my children and always answers my kids questions (no matter how ridiculous they are). He understands kids are kids.
