Peter Gray M.Sc. is the founder and director of the Couples Institute. He has more than 25 years of experience working with couples at all stages of their relationships. He is recognized as an expert in the area of couples therapy and is a lecturer in the Department of Psychiatry in the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry where he teaches psychiatric residents in the area of couple therapy and doing couple assessments. Couples therapy done well is founded on the latest scientific evidence which helps couples to understand and identify areas of their relationship where they feel stuck in destructive patterns as well as providing practical help and tools to create a satisfying and nurturing relationship.
