Riverdale Fitness has its roots in a little club that was started in 1949. There were only a small handful of fitness centres in the city then, and only a couple in the east end. The club has grown almost entirely by word of mouth, and still has the 'neighbourhood club in a big city' feel to it. Like any business that has had its doors open for fity five years we have changed with the needs and desires of our members. With recent upgrades in equipment, also came a renovation project that saw the entire club improved on.
