Steph the OM is amazing and does everything she can to make sure our visits are hassle free, she always goes above and beyond, she treats us like family. I cant say enough good things about all the staff here. They take the time to listen and help you manage your care. Ive been a patient when I was pregnant with my third child and have since sustained a concussion. I never feel like Im just a number and am treated with respect, care and emphathy. I stayed at this hotel for months on end after our house was damaged in a fire. The staff at this location were great, from the front desk to the cleaning staff. They made us feel like we were right at home and had no problem with letting our dog and cat stay as well.

The name Lagoon Baby was inspired when our first son was born and we lived near the Lost Lagoon in Stanley Park, Vancouver. We loved to go for walks around the Lagoon and enjoy the calming presence amidst the busy city.
It is thanks to both of our sons, the original Lagoon Babies, who generously donate their time and cuteness by doing all of our modelling and testing, we are able to offer you first hand experience with most of the diapers that are carried at Lagoon Baby.
