Went for prescription stocking fitting after a strong referral from my Doctor. Was treated professionally and courteously. The fitter was great to assist with the perfect selection and best fit! Wow. Our family doctor referred my children and I to see Dr. Michael Chu. He's the most amazing doctor; professional, informative, kind and truly cares about his patients vision care. I'm a picky consumer and he totally won me and my family over.
All our eye exams were comprehensive and detailed. The staff seamlessly moved us through the process while explaining every step of the way and answered all our questions. I left the exam with a clear understanding of our eye care recommendations and wasn't pressured into buying glasses like some other places. The staff was attentive and helpful finding us glasses and teaching my eldest child how to properly put in his contacts. I found the prices fair and reasonable for a professional modern style boutique.
