Kevin came to our place in Burlington and would not leave till he found the issue with the elliptical we have. He was sure it did not need a part and/or a return visit, costing us more money. Luckily for us, I found this company. I spoke with Dave over the phone and he informed me that they could ship me a big crane I need overseas in Dominican Republic... They were very courteous and friendly too. I will definitely be using these guys to make keys for me in the future
