Developing Human Potential From the Ground Up
Panda Bear Children's Place mission is to provide a continuum of quality care, education and nurturing for the children in our communities, ages 30 months to 12 years, utilizing culturally and developmentally appropriate practices and serving as a role model of child care excellence for the community at large.
Panda Bear Children's Place Ltd. has been Serving Children and their Families Since 1987.
Currently we are providing quality child care in three locations: two in Coquitlam and one in Pitt Meadows. We are taking care of some very precious people -- your kids.
Curriculum development, staffing, classroom design, student admission and placement all revolve around it. It drives the educational continuum (our academic scope and sequence), determines materials purchased and placed in the classrooms, and defines student record keeping, progress, and assessment. It is a clearly-defined educational unit with a beginning, a middle, and an end for each child, with the third year in each sequence a capstone year that is a culminating experience academically, emotionally, socially, and developmentally.
