I have lived in a Mainstreet suite for 21 years now. There have been ups and downs for pest control, and security but overall my building is good. Maintenance fellow is awesome. The only "gripe" I have is snow removal. My building is configured to where the front door is off the parking lot, a ways from the sidewalk, and often the snow removal crew does not clear, at the very least, a pathway from the front door to the sidewalk. The dental hygienist did not use scented products or perfumes, which is wonderful for a person like me with scent sensitivities.
Dr. Jeffery was very respectful to the hygienist and to me. He did not try to push expensive procedures, and even told me the expensive procedures were not necessary (another dentist had tried to push expensive procedures on me, so this was a refreshing change).
