Order in assembly line fashion, get your add ons, pay & they will bring your sandwich to you. Casual, communal style seating / individual tables inside & outside in the patio. The service from Mr Coverall was excellent from beginning to end. They were the best quote we got after getting 3. They set up a time to come within a few days. They followed up several time to check if everything was confirmed and also after the awning was put in. The 2 men who came to put up the awning were fast efficient and very friendly. And they did it all while it was pouring rain!! We would highly recommend MR coverall!! Thank you for an amazing job! We love our new awning:)

I have been to other telescope stores that lack attention, service, and give a bad feeling as if they are more bothered.
I was looking for an upgrade and went into Vancouver Telescope for the first time. These people are absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, helpful, and returned the very next day. I am very happy with the owner's personal attention, and the staff. I will no longer go to any other store for an upgrade or accessories.
