I got Exclusive Windows and Doors to replace 14 windows brick to brick throughout my house which included a custom octagon window, several large windows and a bay window. The price was competitive, installation and finishings are great and I am very happy with the finished work. The customer service was good as well, let me know when windows arrived, scheduled a date that suited my needs and the installers were polite and even used drop sheets and cleaned up after themselves. I ordered some heavy glass for a couple of cabinets a while back and I continue to be impressed with the quality of product I received for a very reasonable price and a very short wait. As it happened, I had to return a piece that wasn't quite flush (the measurement was tricky). I took it back and I was most impressed with the customer service I received. There was no hassle, no haggle and no extra charge. The piece was re-cut within a few minutes and I went home happy. I will recommend this business to friends and colleagues in the industry and I will surely return for my next project.
