We bake three styles of shortbread to fit every occasion, our famous savoury shortbread cookies, pure dessert shortbread cookies, and our incredible "Typsy" shortbread made with the all natural essences of your favorite liqueurs. We are "artisan" in our approach. None of our products contain any hydrogenated or tropical oils. We don’t do trans fats either. We don’t include artificial flavorings or preservatives. Judy Garden, at Decadent Cakes in Cobourg, is a highly skilled Pastry Chef who inherited her passion for cakes and desserts from her mother. Following her mother's footsteps, she makes everything from scratch, using fresh and, if possible, locally sourced ingredients.
